    Shipping Charges & Delivery Times for USA, Canada & Mexico

    All orders are shipped directly from our hub in the UK. We strive to process and ship your order within 3-4 business days of receiving your order, however, order processing time is dependent upon several factors:

    1. Processing time may vary depending on the time of year. Please allow slightly longer during the Holiday Season.
    2. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for orders including printing and/or patches. While most lettering is held in stock, occasionally it will be necessary for us to special order lettering to complete your personalized order, which can take considerably longer.
    3. Please also note that on occasion stock must be sourced from our branch in Germany. In such cases, please allow an additional 3-5 days to complete your order. Having the ability to draw stock from multiple warehouses gives our customers access to the widest ranges of soccer merchandise worldwide.
    4. Items made by the Dutch manufacturer COPA are special order. Please allow an additional 2 weeks for orders including items made by COPA Classics.
    Shipping rates are computed based on the order total as follows:

    $200 to $350 $17.99
    $350 to $500 $22.99
    $500 & above $29.99


    Any additional duties/fees levied by US, Canadian or Mexican Customs for import clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Subside Sports has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

    All orders are sent via Royal Mail with final delivery completed by the domestic postal service in the destination country: the US Postal Service in the United States, Canada Post in Canada, or Correos de México in Mexico. US and Canadian customers please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery once your order has been shipped. Shipments to Mexico can take up to 4-5 weeks. When your order ships you'll receive an automated notification email that will include a tracking number. US orders may be tracked www.royalmail.com and subsequently at www.usps.com. Canadian orders are trackable at www.royalmail.com and subsequently at www.canadapost.ca. Mexican orders are trackable at www.royalmail.com and then at www.correosdemexico.gob.mx.
