How do I return my order?

Please inform us, either by email at sales@subsidesports.com or by phone, using either Local: +44 1647 632006 or Intl: +44 1647 632006 of any item you intend to return within 14 days of taking delivery. Returns must be made within 28 days of taking delivery. All items must be returned with all outer packaging and labels intact and be in the exact condition in which they were received. Please include a copy of your commercial invoice with all returns. Please also note on the invoice the reason for return and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.

Where is my order?

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided when placing the order (This can take anywhere between 15 minutes and 24 hours). We aim to process orders with 3-5 days, however, order processing time is dependent upon several factors.

How do I cancel my order?

If you have just placed an order with us and you wish to cancel, the quickest way for us to do so would be to phone us on Local: +44 1647 632006 or Intl: +44 1647 632006 as emails could take a while to reach us and your order may already be shipped by the time we get to your email. If you have the order number ready when calling it will greatly speed up the process.

*Please Note Once your order has been cancelled we will issue a refund within 48 hours. However, it can take up to 10 working days to reach your account, it depends on your bank.

I received my shipment confirmation email but still have not received my parcel?

Depending on the courier you selected when placing your order, delivery times can vary. The shipping address can also increase the delivery times, especially if shipping outside of the UK.

For standard UK orders we use Royal Mail's Tracked 48hr service, so once we have dispatched your order you should receive it within two working days. Although Royal Mail state in their Terms & Conditions that you have to wait 10 working days after the due date before claiming a parcel as lost in post.

Where do I enter my discount/voucher code?

Voucher and discount codes will need to entered on the basket page, before you move to the checkout process.
