Reading Football Shirt Archive - A Visual History

Reading play at the Madejski Stadium and were formed in 1871. They are one of the oldest clubs in England but didn't play in the league until 1920. Their first season in the top flight wasn't until 2006/07 season. They also played in the 2012/13 Premier League but were relegated that season. In 2001 they became the first club to register their fans as a player, giving them the squad number 13.
