Francesc "Cesc" Fàbregas Soler (born 4 May 1987)
Currently playing for Chelsea, this talented playmaker has made a name for himself as one of the brightest midfielders in the game today. This Spanish star began life at Barcelona as a trainee, before being signed by Arsenal in 2003. Here he became recognised for his exquisite and deft passing, making him one of the most sought after players in this playmaker role. This led to him being resigned by Barcelona where he played three seasons before being snapped up by Chelsea in 2014 where he won the league in his first season. As well as success at club level he also had success with his country, to help Spain win both UEFA Euro 2008 and 2012 Championships, and the 2010 FIFA World Cup where he set up Iniesta for the winning goal in the final.
