All orders are shipped directly from the UK. We aim to process and ship your order within 3-4 business days of receiving your order. This time may vary slightly depending on the time of year. Please allow slightly longer during the Holiday Season.
Please allow an additional 3-10 days for orders requiring personalization. While most lettering is held in stock, occasionally it will be necessary for us to special order lettering to complete your personalized order.
Please also note that on occasion stock must be sourced from our warehouses in Germany and/or France. In such cases, please allow an additional 5-7 days to complete your order. Ordering stock from our international warehouses gives our customers access to the widest ranges of soccer merchandise worldwide.
Shipping rates are computed based on the order total as follows.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery once your order has been dispatched. Orders shipped to the United States and Puerto Rico use Parcel Force with domestic delivery completed by the US Postal Service. Canadian orders below $150 are shipped via Royal Mail and orders over $150 are shipped with Parcel Force. Domestic delivery is then completed by Canada Post.
Orders shipped to Mexico are shipped via Royal Mail with domestic delivery completed by Correos de México. Please note there is a $150 limit on orders shipped to Mexico.
A tracking number is available on request. Tracking details are available at www.parcelforce.com or www.royalmail.com until the parcel enters the US or Canada, then at www.usps.com for orders going to US addresses or www.canadapost.ca for orders going to Canadian addresses. Tracking details are not available for orders going to Mexico as Correos de México do not offer this service.
Any additional duties/fees levied by US, Canadian or Mexican Customs for import clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Subside Sports has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
