The Away Liverpool Jersey, a complete redesign for the 11-12 season, sports a sleek silver design set against a dark charcoal grey. The vertical pinstripes of the 10-11 Away Kit remain in a much more understated fashion. The omnipresent Liverpool red makes its appearance in the collar and sleeve cuff piping, and of course in the eternal flames honoring the 96 lives lost during the Hillsborough disaster of 1989. After a disappointing 10-11 season, Steven Gerrard, Luis Suarez, Dirk Kuyt and teamates will take this kit on the road in hopes that its fresh new design helps carry the Premiership trophy back with them to Anfield.
