The 12-13 Home Ghana Jersey as worn in the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations. This white Puma Jersey features a sublimated design derived from the team's nickname, the black stars. The kit's designer Godfried Donker titled the kit raining black stars, the concept being that the team will "rain on their opponents whenever they play."

Asamoah Gyan and Sulley Muntari took to the pitch in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea in this new kit, earning their nation a 4th place finish. Ghana have won the Cup of Nations four times (1963, 1965, 1978, 1982), which ties them with Cameroon for 2nd behind Egypt's seven titles.
