At over 77,000 per match, Borussia Dortmund have the highest average attendance of any European club. A midfield star in Japan, born in 1989, Shinji Kagawa moved from Cerezo Osaka in 2010 having scored 55 goals in 125 matches. He only played 18 games for Dortmund during the 10-11 season, but the commercial exposure afforded by his presence cannot overshadow his contribution, and his position in the Japanese National Team looks promising for many years to come.
